Blackout Weekend @ The Hut - July 10th

This was the first performance of the Blackout Weekend @ The Hut in Yazoo City, MS which is mainly a club for the older crowd but you would not have believed it that night because it was a much more younger crowd. This was a mere warm-up for 220 and it was a good way to start off the beginning of a great weekend of performances ...but don`t get it twisted 220 still represented while on stage and showed people why they were there in the first place.

Blackout Weekend @ Mainstreet Lounge - July 11th

This was the 2nd show of the Blackout Weekend in a little town called Louise, MS @ Mainstreet Lounge. It was not looking good at the start as far as attendance but as the night went on and as the show was about to begin people started showing up. Half of the crowd seemed to only be looking for a place to have a drink and did not even want to pay the cover and some others were club hoppers dressed as if they had money but when they got to the door frowned upon the five dollar cover. I saw at least 10 to 15 people that would peek in the club and when they heard the cover they were outraged and turned around but ended up coming back and paying anyway so the Mainstreet Lounge was a pretty good night that kind of set the tempo for the last night of performances.

Blackout Weekend @ Big Mickey's Lounge - July 12th

The performance at Big Mickey's in Yazoo City, MS was the best turnout of the entire Blackout Weekend. It was in Yazoo City, MS so we kind of expected it would be a good turnout and in my opinion this was by far the best performance of the weekend from 220 aka IG and J-roc featuring CC. I had fun the whole weekend but I had the most fun this night because of the turnout and the performance by 220. Thanks to EVERYONE that came out to support 220 and help make the 2010 Blackout Weekend a success! If you didnt come out then you missed an exciting weekend because 220 set the city on fire!
